Client Craft — Terms & Conditions Version 2026-10-06.2 1. Who you are contracting with Client Craft is operated by Harvestmirage LDA, Portugal, NIF 518955486. Business address: Rua Piteira Santos 22, Quinta do Conde, 2975-337, Portugal. Contact: arthur.nassar@client-craft.com. These terms govern the Client Craft website and platform subscription and any included website service. The service is offered for business use. You must have authority to accept these terms and act for the business purchasing the subscription. Mandatory rights that apply by law remain unaffected. 2. Your route into Client Craft Customer: use a Client Craft workspace with the included business website and hosting. Existing Umbraco website: connect a compatible customer-hosted Umbraco installation to Client Craft through our package and an integration key. You keep responsibility for your own hosting and installation. Agency: book a conversation so we can agree the workspace structure, client responsibilities, scope and commercial terms. A standard customer subscription is not an unlimited agency or resale licence. The Umbraco integration connects to the hosted Client Craft service. It does not supply a fully self-hosted CRM. Package compatibility and installation requirements must be checked before purchase; installing an open-source package does not grant free access to a paid hosted service. 3. Subscription price and users The standard customer and Umbraco integration subscription is €30 per user per month or €200 per user per year, excluding VAT. At least one paid user is required. Each paid seat is for one individual user; do not share a login between people. The seat quantity, recurring subtotal, applicable tax and final payable amount must be displayed before you authorise a live payment. There is no setup fee. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the year. Subscriptions renew at the selected monthly or yearly interval until cancelled. Changes to seats or plan charges must be shown for confirmation before billing; any applicable proration is shown at that time. Hosting of your included Client Craft website has no separate hosting charge. We do not pay the invoices of an external hosting provider you choose for your own Umbraco site. Additional work, premium services and future paid features require a separate disclosed price and agreement. No bespoke work fee is added simply because you discuss a request with us. 4. Website scope and delivery For the customer route, the subscription includes one institutional website of five pages in one language, with an editable blog as one of those pages; hosting; a Client Craft subdomain; and one consolidated revision round. You may include multiple changes within that round, provided they remain within the agreed scope. After payment and account setup, our team sends a questionnaire about your business and ideal customers. The first website is delivered within five business days after receipt of your complete brief and required materials. Final go-live follows within three business days after the revision stage is completed and the necessary approvals and domain access are available. We communicate delays caused by missing materials, requested scope changes or dependencies. A custom domain is purchased by you; we can help connect it. We may use free stock or AI-generated imagery. You supply authorised real business photos or premium imagery you want used. You review the accuracy and suitability of the final business content before launch. 5. Platform tools and optional work The current platform provides CMS content management, website enquiry capture into the CRM, leads and contacts, deal tracking, payment collection through Stripe Connect, project management and client support tools. Payment collection can support one-time transactions and monthly or yearly subscriptions for your customers, subject to provider availability and approval. Advertising, ongoing content writing, training, appointment setting, managed lead follow-up and closing sales are not included. Bespoke changes within the platform’s capabilities may be quoted separately. An additional request does not oblige us to build software outside the agreed platform scope. We provide the tools and the agreed website work. We do not guarantee traffic, appointments, conversions, sales, revenue or a particular business result. You operate your business, respond to enquiries and fulfil your customer commitments. 6. Ordering, acceptance and account setup Review the subscription, scope and these terms before payment. The required terms checkbox must be selected by you; it is not marketing consent. In the live payment-first flow, a payment must be confirmed by the payment provider before the purchase is connected to account setup. You then provide an email and password, verify the email and complete the setup appropriate to your route. Keep confirmation and invoice records. If payment succeeds but account setup is interrupted, contact us with the payment reference so we can help recover setup without asking you to pay again. Never send your password or full card number by email. Demonstration controls on this site do not take payment, create a tenancy or issue a working integration key. They do not create a paid subscription merely by being clicked. 7. Your content and our platform You retain your rights in the content and business data you provide. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, display and adapt it to deliver the agreed service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for supplied text, photos, trademarks and data. Our platform, service configuration and proprietary materials remain ours or our licensors’. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licences. The included website is delivered as a hosted subscription service; a transferable standalone website, source-code handover or ownership of platform components is not included. This does not transfer ownership of your existing content to us. 8. Customer responsibilities and acceptable use Provide accurate business and billing details, keep credentials and integration keys secure, authorise only appropriate users, and comply with the laws applicable to your business and customer communications. Do not use the service for unlawful content, spam, infringement, malicious software, unauthorised access or attempts to disrupt or extract other customers’ data. Your business is responsible for its own privacy notices, lawful collection of leads, communication permissions and fulfilment of customer contracts. Do not upload special-category personal data, clinical records or highly regulated data unless a suitable processing arrangement and safeguards have been agreed in writing. 9. Payments you collect from your customers When using Stripe Connect, your business remains responsible for its products and services, prices, taxes, refunds, disputes and customer obligations. Stripe’s applicable agreements, verification requirements, fees and availability apply separately. Client Craft does not guarantee provider approval, successful collection or a payout date. Our platform subscription is separate from money your customers pay your business. A subscription payment does not settle an outstanding customer payment, provider fee or chargeback. 10. Privacy and processing on your instructions The Privacy Policy explains processing for our own purposes. Processing personal data on your business’s behalf must be covered by a written data processing agreement that defines instructions, roles, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, assistance with rights and incidents, audits, transfers and return or deletion. Agency arrangements must also reflect the agency’s authority to instruct us for each client. Agree the applicable processing arrangement before importing live client personal data. Your instructions cannot require unlawful processing. We notify you if an instruction appears to conflict with applicable data protection law. 11. Cancellation, access and data You can request cancellation at arthur.nassar@client-craft.com or through the billing controls where available. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid monthly or yearly period. You can cancel without an additional minimum-term penalty. Fees for a period already supplied are not ordinarily refunded merely because you stop using the service; rights arising from non-performance, an incorrect charge or mandatory law remain unaffected. When subscription access ends, the hosted website and paid platform access end. Export leads, contacts and deals before access ends; contact us if you need assistance. Automations, platform connections and service configurations are not a standalone transferable product. For the integration route, your independently hosted website remains with you, but access to the paid Client Craft service ends. Workspace data may be retained for up to one year after cancellation for authorised reactivation, unless you instruct earlier deletion or the processing agreement requires otherwise. Retention does not guarantee continuing access or restoration and does not override a valid deletion request. Legal accounting and claims records may need longer retention, as explained in the Privacy Policy. 12. Availability, maintenance and suspension We take reasonable care in providing and maintaining the service. Maintenance, provider incidents, network issues and security measures can affect availability. No guaranteed uptime percentage or dedicated resource allocation is included unless agreed separately in writing. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, serious breach or overdue payment, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where practicable. Urgent protective action may be immediate. We aim to limit restrictions to what is necessary and explain the recovery steps. 13. Responsibility and limits Each party remains responsible for its own acts and legal obligations. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for indirect business losses such as lost profits or opportunities arising from use of the service. For ordinary contractual liability, our aggregate liability is limited to the subscription fees paid or payable for the affected workspace during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or the rights and remedies of data subjects under applicable data protection law. They do not remove a remedy that mandatory law gives you. 14. Changes, disputes and contact We communicate material changes to terms or subscription prices before they apply. Price changes apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter an already paid period. You can cancel before a changed renewal takes effect. Extra work remains subject to its separate agreed scope and price. Portuguese law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under applicable law. We do not require you to waive mandatory jurisdiction or consumer rights. Contact arthur.nassar@client-craft.com about service issues, cancellation, billing or these terms. If you are legally a consumer despite the business purpose of the offer, applicable information, withdrawal and other mandatory rights are preserved; no automatic waiver is created by a checkbox.
