Last updated: June 11, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to Client Craft websites, applications, APIs, and integrations. By using Client Craft, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to act for the business or tenant you connect.
2. Service Description
Client Craft provides CRM, ecommerce, marketing, analytics, automation, and social messaging tools. Some features depend on third-party services, including Meta, Instagram, Google, Stripe, Twilio, email providers, and cloud hosting providers.
3. Accounts and Permissions
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, assigning appropriate user permissions, and ensuring that connected accounts and integrations are authorized by their rightful owner.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Client Craft to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful or abusive messages, bypass platform policies, compromise security, scrape data without authorization, or interfere with the operation of the service or any connected platform.
5. Integrations and Platform Rules
When you connect Instagram, Meta, or another third-party platform, you must follow that platform's terms, policies, permissions, messaging rules, data use restrictions, and review requirements. Client Craft may limit or disable integration features if needed to comply with platform rules or protect service integrity.
6. Customer Data
You retain ownership of your business data and customer data. You grant Client Craft permission to process that data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid services, usage-based charges, invoices, refunds, taxes, and subscription changes are governed by the plan or order terms presented at purchase or agreed separately in writing.
8. Availability and Changes
We work to keep Client Craft reliable, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, security issues, or product updates. We may update features and these terms from time to time.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
Client Craft is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, rejected permissions, or unavailable external APIs.
