A neighbourhood brewery where Brazilian craft tradition meets the energy of contemporary Arroios.

In Arroios, Lisbon, every decision had to strengthen the asset's identity while making it clearer to use, more efficient to operate and more enduring.

The intervention reorganised the venue around production, service and conviviality, giving a young independent business a distinctive and practical home in Lisbon.

Design, cost and delivery were treated as one conversation. That discipline kept the team aligned and turned complexity into decisions the client could understand and control.

The result is more than a completed hospitality renovation: it is an asset with a clear identity, resolved operational logic and a transparent delivery record.

The value is visible in the photography, but also in what was avoided—late ambiguity, fragmented responsibility and expensive compromise.
