Data deletion instructions

Delete data from Client Craft

1. Sign in to the Client Craft backoffice for the tenant that owns the connected account.
2. Open Settings, then the Instagram integration.
3. Choose the connected Instagram account and use Delete account data or disconnect the integration.

This removes the stored connection and imported Instagram integration data associated with that account, subject to records we must retain for security or legal compliance.

Remove Client Craft from Meta

You may also remove Client Craft from the connected account's Meta or Instagram application permissions. Removing access stops future synchronization. Return to Client Craft and delete the stored integration data using the steps above.

Request assisted deletion

If you cannot access the tenant, email arthur.nassar@client-craft.com with the tenant name and connected Instagram username. We may request verification before deleting data to prevent unauthorized requests.

Processing time

Verified deletion requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 days unless applicable law requires a different period.
