A customer-facing coffee shop and production hub created for one of Cascais' most visible historic streets.

In Cascais, every decision had to strengthen the asset's identity while making it clearer to use, more efficient to operate and more enduring.

The programme combines a precise guest journey with the operational capacity to support other stores, balancing brand presence, food production and daily resilience.

Design, cost and delivery were treated as one conversation. That discipline kept the team aligned and turned complexity into decisions the client could understand and control.

The result is more than a completed commercial fit-out: it is an asset with a clear identity, resolved operational logic and a transparent delivery record.
