YOUR FIRST THREE STEPS
Choose an included website or an existing Umbraco connection. Select your user count and monthly or yearly billing, verify your email, then review the amount and VAT before paying. The customer route includes the website, hosting and current platform tools, with no setup fee. Agency terms are agreed separately.
After confirmed payment and successful account setup, our team sends your business questionnaire. Return accurate business details, services, service area and required materials, including authorised images you want us to use. Website delivery starts from a complete brief, not from opening signup.
We deliver the first website within 5 business days after receiving your complete brief and required materials. The customer route includes five pages in one language, with an editable blog as one of the five pages. Review the first version against your agreed brief.
Review the website and collect all your requested changes in one consolidated round. List your requested changes together within the agreed five-page scope.
Go live within 3 business days after revisions are complete, with the required approvals and domain access in place. Client Craft hosting and a subdomain are included on the customer route. You purchase your custom domain separately.
Your team updates content, publishes articles, responds to enquiries, follows up opportunities and delivers the work. Advertising, training, appointment setting and managed sales are outside the included website scope and need a separate agreement. The platform does not guarantee traffic or sales.
Workspace activation follows confirmed payment and successful setup. For an included website, our team sends your questionnaire. For an existing Umbraco site, confirm compatibility before purchase; your developer installs and configures the connection while you retain your hosting. Agencies agree workspace access, responsibilities and commercial terms separately.
